VISUAL INSPECTIONS AND STABILITY CALCULATIONS

Sicil Service CND relies on the work of its internal team as well as external consultants to conduct inspections on plant components during general maintenance shutdowns. The inspection phase can be integrated into the preparation and planning of a facility’s work schedule, specifying a list of maintenance inspection activities and non-destructive testing based on the type of plant and any identified corrosion issues. During maintenance phases, scheduled inspections are carried out, followed by an assessment of detected issues and the identification of appropriate corrective actions.

Effective solutions, also from an economic perspective

Corrective actions are evaluated based on cost-benefit analysis and may lead to changes in the metallurgy of the examined component. Similarly, process adjustments, the use of corrosion inhibitors, modifications to pressure equipment and piping, and other procedures may be implemented. Assistance is also provided for regulatory compliance checks (INAIL and ASP), supplemented, if necessary, by stability calculations.
At the end of the process, a detailed inspection report is prepared, which, upon request, is also available in digital format, including visual inspections and stability calculations performed.
